O’Brien’s Canine Supply is a family-owned collar
and harness shop manufacturing heavy duty canine supplies such as extra heavy
duty collars, harnesses, and leashes with a variety of other products. For over
20 years, we have grown quite a reputation for producing only the finest,
strongest, best-looking canine supplies available. Being listed with Dun &
Bradstreet, not only do we take pride in our quality products but also in our
honest and friendly customer service. We are a full-service business
manufacturing custom canine supplies to specific consumer standards.
At O’Brien’s Canine Supply, we have worked very hard to
build a quality business our customers can trust and we can be proud of. Like
all businesses, we started off small manufacturing collars for our personal use, motivated by the inability to find canine supplies
tough enough for our power dogs including pit bulls, bulldogs, rottweilers, and
other police/military dogs. Our friends soon noticed our work and convinced us to produce
a few for them. Soon after, we had orders coming in from kennels; We
started displaying them at dog shows to help with travel and lodging expenses.
Then, everyone wanted canine supplies from us custom-made like we always do as our
goal was (and still is) to be the best at manufacturing heavy duty canine supplies.
Heavy Duty Canine Supplies are so hard to find on store
shelves because of cost effectiveness; large-scale collar factories don’t see a
huge profit in producing heavy duty canine supplies that would require
additional, more expensive nylon thread and webbing. This would also create a
higher demand for manpower as our products are manufactured by hand. Also, there is
only a small percentage of dog owners requiring this specialty line. In summary,
the least time going into their products, the least use and poorer quality you receive out of
them. Those of you owning these types of dogs know there is a need for heavy
duty canine supplies.
In order to produce canine supplies that withstand the
power dog community, we only use the finest raw materials and the best
nickel-plated steel welded hardware such as buckles, "dee" rings, leash snaps,
etc. This ensures long-lasting strength and durability as we use only the finest
quality nylon webbing and threads that resist UV rays. After all, this is the
foundation of O’Brien’s Canine Supplies.
Just remember great dogs deserve quality products; your
dog will only be as good as the time you put into them and the products you use.
